Say hello to Phoebe, the lovable three-year-old French Bulldog who shares her home on Hampton Place with resident Kelsey Carroll. Kelsey shared with Stroll Lake Caroline that Phoebe’s favorite activity is people-watching from their front door. Unlike many dogs, she doesn’t bark at passersby—instead, she quietly observes the world go by, earning her a reputation as the ultimate laid-back companion. "She’s always so chill and just goes with the flow," Kelsey says. Whether lounging at home or tagging along for an outing, Phoebe’s easygoing personality makes her the perfect sidekick.

Phoebe looks forward to her visits to All Creatures and Puppy Suds when it's time for the vet or the groomer. When it comes to treats, nothing tops peanut butter, and her idea of the perfect day? Snuggling on someone’s lap, surrounded by her favorite stuffed animals.

True to her affectionate nature, Phoebe ends every day curled up next to Kelsey, sleeping on her pillow like the little love bug she is.
