Karli and Josh Trull of Camden Lane
Josh and I were college sweethearts. Our first date was the Mardi Gras lunch at the cafeteria. Two years later, he was supposed to propose to me on my birthday, but my ring had to be special ordered. Then he planned an extravagant dinner to propose, but I had a major test the next day. The next night, he made a goofy home video of himself in which he proposed. We graduated college that year and married in Amory the following September. Our first child, Sam, was born the next year, and I quit my job to stay home. Josh graduated med school and we moved home to Madison, where Josh started his psychiatry residency at UMMC. We have since had two more children (Lincoln and Maisie) and Josh is now an attending psychiatrist at UMMC, and I stay home with our children.

Nina and David Willoughby of Charleston Lane
I was working at a store that sold blue jeans back in the 70’s at Metro Center Mall. David came in to buy blue jeans and I helped him. He was a little older and I thought he was so good looking! He bought two pairs of “prewashed” jeans, and we talked a little while. He came back several times after that and asked for my phone number. He called to ask me to a movie. We saw Urban Cowboy then went to Pizza Hut afterwards. The rest is history. That was Feb 3, 1980. We have been married almost 43 1/2 years and have two adult children who are both married. My 94 year old dad moved in with us a little over two years ago, and he loves Ole Miss more than anyone. He and my mom were married over 70 years before she passed. I am a retired Registered Nurse, and my husband retired from UPS and Clinton Public Schools. We are just looking forward to traveling some and just having fun! You never know where life is going to lead you.
