After graduating in Marketing from Mississippi College in 1999, Katie moved back to Baton Rouge, the city she’s forever called home.

In college Katie realized her ideal career would be in marketing, specifically advertising. “I love being in a position where I can help a business grow their bottom line while offering creative ideas and messaging to capture the attention of an ideal clientele/demographic,” said Katie.

Before venturing into N2 Publishing, and running her own local publications, Katie worked in the advertising department at the local newspaper for nearly 10 years. Katie said, “I was introduced to N2 at the perfect time personally and professionally. There had been significant changes in the advertising industry, and I was also at a point in my life where I needed a little more flexibility in my schedule.”

Since 2012 Katie has been part of the N2 Company. Among publishing local magazines, she’s also held various positions in leadership, from Launch Director to Sales Director. Katie is currently is working with many of her peers as a Performance Coach, and is also in the process of obtaining her credentials in professional and personal coaching.

When Katie isn’t coordinating content for an upcoming deadline, presenting advertising details to prospective clients, or coaching her peers, she enjoys slowing down to spend time with her family.

Katie and her husband Chuck have two children that keep them busy with extracurricular activities, such as dance, soccer, and basketball. When the family isn’t busy with team-related events you can find them in St. Francisville on the water. The family loves water skiing, kneeboarding, and paddleboarding. Katie also enjoys a good glass of wine and relaxing every chance she gets.
