The history of the United States started with the Declaration of Independence on July 4, 1776. 250 years later, we celebrate our country's birth with this special edition of Stroll Iron Horse Ranch. Our featured residents this month are Mark and Cindy Johnson, a military family on both the civilian and service sides. Mark was an Air Force officer, and Cindy worked on the Air Force civilian side for 19 years. They are the perfect family to feature on this, our nation's 250th birthday!

The first issue of this magazine was published in July 2021 as Iron Horse Life. Just a short time later, in 2022, we became Stroll Iron Horse Ranch!

We have featured many amazing families, pets, recipes, and stories from all areas of these neighborhoods over the years. It seems everyone loves living in Iron Horse Ranch!

We have featured articles on our Grammy Award-winning resident Kitt Wakeley, who has won not one, but two Grammy Awards. We've also featured our teen beauty queen, Ashtyn Nguyen, on her journey—winning awards, but also giving back with a tremendous spirit of service. Our Empty Nesters group rocks each month with a different event and some amazing fun and photos!

Those are just a few examples; there are so many other incredible people and stories that we have shared. It has been an honor for me to serve as this magazine's publisher for the last five years. And honestly, I look forward to the next five to see what is in store! Thank you, Iron Horse Ranch!
