Anita’s professional career began a long way from bartending, starting work in the mental health field in 2000. She spent over a decade working in disaster response and crisis intervention. In 2009, they were living in Pittsburgh. Anita’s husband worked in sales, within a year, he was promoted which brought the couple to Colorado. They had just six months to find a new place to call home. On a whirlwind weekend trip to house hunt, they instantly fell in love with Colorado. From the breathtaking mountain views and endless sunshine to the welcoming, laid-back vibe that stood in stark contrast to the fast-paced East Coast hustle it felt like the perfect fit. Their love for this place has become a shared passion. 

In 2014, she and her husband chose to focus on starting a family. Three years later, their first son arrived and Anita embraced life as a full-time mom. Then in 2019, they were surprised with the arrival of a second son!  Anita dedicated herself to raising two amazing boys. Every summer, they pick a new corner of the state for a mini staycation. Giving the boys the chance to experience the magic of Colorado one adventure at a time.

In 2023, with a renewed sense of purpose and creativity, it was time to reinvent Anita’s career and pursue a long-held passion for entertaining, cooking, and experimenting with flavors. That passion led to the launch of Inspired Infusions, LLC. A business centered around handcrafted, artisanal infused spirits and mobile bartending services. Anita’s approach to bartending goes beyond mixing drinks to creating moments that matter for families and friends celebrating life’s special occasions. Whether it’s a wedding, milestone birthday, or intimate dinner party, Anita ensures every event is infused with a personal touch and a lasting impression.

Life in Henderson keeps the Daley household bustling. As parents to two energetic boys and two dogs who cherish nap time, Anita and her husband have found their rhythm in Colorado’s family-friendly communities. This personal understanding of family life translates into her professional approach. She knows how to create an atmosphere that works for celebrations where multiple generations come together. Her ability to balance professionalism with warmth ensures every guest, from the youngest to the oldest, feels included and valued.
