Opening Doors, Building Trust

From hospitality to home sales, Mike Green has built a career on listening first, solving problems, and helping families confidently navigate one of life's biggest investments—all while giving back to the Bryan-College Station community he proudly calls home.

For Mike Green, real estate has never been about selling houses—it's about helping people find solutions. Whether he's guiding first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or families looking for their forever home, Mike believes every client deserves someone who listens first and works tirelessly to help them reach their goals.
Mike and his wife, Pam, have called the Bryan-College Station area home for more than 30 years after relocating from New Orleans. They raised their son, Michael, here, watched him graduate from Texas A&M in 2011, and now enjoy visiting him and his wife, Holly, in Indianapolis. After 25 years of service at Texas A&M, Pam recently retired, giving the couple even more opportunities to enjoy the life they've built together.
Long before entering real estate, Mike built a career centered around exceptional customer service. With a degree in hospitality, he worked with renowned brands including Marriott and Hilton before managing a large catering company in New Orleans. He later launched a successful consulting business that trained hospitality, restaurant, and retail teams around the world on customer service excellence.
After selling that company, Mike decided it was time to pursue a longtime passion.
"My wife and I had invested in real estate over the years, and I knew I had the skills to help others," he says. "It felt like the perfect next chapter."
Today, Mike specializes primarily in residential real estate while also assisting with select commercial transactions. His commitment to education led him to teach classes for newer Keller Williams agents, sharing the knowledge and experience he's gained throughout his career.
What truly sets Mike apart is his philosophy.
"I don't see my job as selling anything," he explains. "My job is to understand my clients' goals, solve their problems, and guide them through the process as smoothly and professionally as possible."
That client-first mindset has earned him lasting relationships and repeat business throughout the community.
One satisfied client, Denise Bermudez, shares, "Working with Mike Green was a terrific experience. Mike helped me with both the sale of my old house and the purchase of the new one. His depth of knowledge of the local market is excellent. He listened carefully, was always responsive, and handled negotiations with professionalism. Mike is a great Realtor and a great person."
Outside the office, Mike and Pam stay deeply involved in the community they've grown to love. Mike has been a member of the Chamber of Commerce for more than 25 years and has served as a Chamber Ambassador for over a decade. Together, they've supported numerous charitable organizations and served on various local boards, believing strongly in giving back to a community that has given them so much.
When they're not cheering on the Aggies—they're proud season ticket holders for multiple sports—you'll likely find them traveling. The adventurous couple has visited 45 countries and counting. Mike also considers himself a serious foodie and recently added another unexpected hobby to his resume: high school football officiating, something he says he absolutely loves.
Like many in the real estate industry, Mike has navigated a challenging market over the past two years. Slower home sales and changing market conditions have required patience, perseverance, and adaptability. Through it all, he remains optimistic about the future of Bryan-College Station.
"Real estate continues to be one of the best investments you can make in our area," Mike says. "With Texas A&M, our growing medical community, and a stable local economy, Bryan-College Station remains an attractive place to live and invest."
Looking ahead, Mike has no plans to slow down anytime soon. One of the things he appreciates most about real estate is the flexibility it provides—allowing him to continue helping clients while making time for family and seeing more of the world with Pam.
For Mike, success has never been measured simply by the number of homes sold. It's measured by the relationships built, the trust earned, and the privilege of helping people confidently move into the next chapter of their lives.
