For Martin Isles, what began as a part-time hobby became a full-time passion. After he started doing landscaping on weekends part-time, his business—Landscaping by Martin, Inc.—continued to grow year after year. Today, he works in landscaping full-time within Frederick County and its surrounding areas. 

Martin was born and raised in Southern Maryland. He has lived in Frederick for the past 20 years. He has 15-year-old twins, Maci and Hunter, and they all enjoy spending time outdoors together. Martin was raised by both parents to be honest, fair, hardworking, and trusting—in turn, he runs his business off of these same characteristics when working with his clients.  

Over 75% of Landscaping by Martin, Inc.’s business comes from word of mouth and referrals from clientele. He expresses that it is his professional team that not only works hard, but strives for the satisfaction of seeing the end result on a project. He proudly believes in and continues to do “everything by a hand shake”.  

At Landscaping by Martin, a wide range of landscaping services are offered. They include spring and fall cleanups, mowing, and mulching, as well as garden design, tree and shrub installations, river rock design, and more. 

Martin is very flexible with most job accommodations and requested schedules.  He accepts payments from his clients in full when the job is done and he knows that they are 100% satisfied with the work completed. His business is fully insured and has many years of qualified combined experience within the company. 

Martin takes pride in honoring all Military & First Responders and offers discounts to all clients within these fields. His company has taken on more clientele within the last 5 years that are either currently or previously part of the Military or a First Responder due to this honor and will always continue to do so. Military & First Responders receive 10% Off any landscaping project.
