Java Monkey spotted by Stroll Huntcliff on the Chattahoochee at The Avalon
In September a bunch of neighbors headed up to The Avalon to catch neighbor Steve McCray and his band Java Monkey playing their own brand of Classic Rock, Yacht Rock, Soul, Blues, Jazz, R&B, & Funk covers plus some of their originals...and having old school fun!
Java Monkey was thrilled to have another opportunity to play at Avalon on September 12th. Thank you to all the Stroll Huntcliff on the Chattahoochee neighbors who came out to support the band. It was a beautiful evening and our pleasure to see each of you.
The band has had a fun summer playing events at venues like Roswell Junction, Matilda's Music Under the Pines, Avalon, along with several fairs and festivals.
In October Java Monkey was spotted at the Sandy Springs Italian restaurant il Giallo where Chef Jamie put out a smorgasbord of delicacies served buffet style - all you can eat and fun music. It was also a good time!
Mark your calendars to catch the band back at Roswell Junction on December 12th, just a stone’s throw away from the neighborhood.
