Patti & Jordan: Resilient Real Estate Partners You Can Count On

Behind every strong real estate transaction is a dedicated team—and in Kane County, Patti Hannula and Jordan Mansk are that team. More than just business partners, Patti and Jordan are neighbors, moms, and friends who have built a real estate business rooted in trust, resilience, and a deep desire to serve their clients well.

Their partnership began in 2020 when both were single moms determined to help others experience the stability and pride of homeownership—regardless of life circumstances. “We wanted to help our clients achieve what we had—owning a home and building something of their own, with or without a partner,” Jordan shares.

Patti brings ten years of industry experience and a rich educational background in marketing, design, media, and theatre. A proud mom of one and dog mom of two, she enjoys watching her son play sports and squeezing in time for volleyball when she can. Jordan, a former manager in HR at Costco, is a married mom of three who enjoys cheering at her kids’ games, playing cards with family, and date nights with her husband Matt.

Together, the two form The Platinum Group of Great Western Properties, offering real estate services that go far beyond listings. “We never stop,” Patti says. “We make ourselves fully available with support from our extended team. We bring expert partners into every transaction to ensure the process is smooth and informed every step of the way.”

Their network includes trusted professionals like lender Tom DuSell, attorney Alex Tietz, and financial advisor Wendy Spizziri. Whether it’s buying or selling, clients receive high-touch care and unwavering commitment—especially when markets shift. “Last year was tough, but we took the time to regroup and prepare. We’re resilient and we don’t give up on ourselves or our clients.”

Giving back is part of their DNA. From participating in charity events to volunteering at local schools and career fairs, Patti and Jordan give generously of their time and resources. Each Giving Tuesday, they choose a cause to support, underscoring their belief in community connection.

Their future goals? Increased transactions, growing their team, mentoring new agents, and helping their preferred partners succeed. “We’d love to expand our name throughout Elgin and Kane County—and maybe even see our faces on a billboard,” Jordan adds with a smile.

Above all, they believe in loving where you live. “Know your neighbors. Attend events. Put yourself out there—it makes a difference for you and your family.”
