With over 30 years of expertise in commercial cleaning, Tishaun has built Ambiance alongside her two children, with the continued support of her parents. What began as a foundation in janitorial services has blossomed into a full-fledged lifestyle company, serving both businesses and homes. Their mission is simple yet profound: to bring peace, order, and comfort into the spaces where we live, work, and celebrate life.

That relief comes in many forms. From disinfecting and organizing homes to creating effortless flow for day-to-day living, Ambiance provides so much more than spotless floors and gleaming countertops. They offer lifestyle enhancements: front porch decorating, closet organizing, holiday party support, and even gift wrapping. “We assist you in all you do,” Tishaun says — and she means it.

What sets Ambiance apart is their deeply personal approach. Clients don’t get passed off to supervisors or managers — they connect directly with Tishaun herself. “That personal connection gives our customers the uniquely special communication and experience they deserve,” she explained. Tishaun describes cleaning as “the ultimate form of environmental therapy.” She loves walking into a home and knowing she can make a difference in someone’s personal space: “To have a clean environment is to have peace of mind.” Over the years, that passion has fostered not only raving fans but lasting friendships — with clients and staff alike.

Tishaun’s journey is also one of courage and inspiration. Six years ago, she lost her husband to pancreatic cancer. Through that tragedy, she built a career she loves, surrounded by the people she loves. “I wanted to be an inspiration to my children,” she said. “To show them that even with tragedy and loss, following your passion can be achieved.” Today, her daughter (23) and son (21) work beside her, carrying forward the family’s legacy of hard work, resilience, and faith.

With the holidays around the corner, Ambiance is excited to announce their Holiday Helping Hands program — offering everything from decorating and dinner set-up to pre- and post-party assistance and gift wrapping. It’s one more way they bring ease, joy, and a touch of magic into the lives of their clients.

As Tishaun reflects, her gratitude runs deep: “I am thankful to my parents for teaching me work ethic and what putting God first can do in your life. I want to thank my children for being my biggest inspirations. Lastly, I want to thank my friends and family for being such a wonderful foundation. I wouldn’t have become the woman I am without everyone’s support.”
