Patricia Brogan and John Mason spent 2023 all around the world.  During the first four months of the year, they explored the Sea of Cortez.  They sailed down in November of 2022 with 103 other boats.  They enjoyed cruising the islands and would fly back through the CBX from time to time.

From there, Patricia and John went to the Bahamas where they have a new catamaran.  They also spent time in Lake Tahoe and Yosemite, where they hiked the sixteen-mile epic Clouds Rest trail.  Next, they visited Newport, Oregon, and flew back to the Bahamas. 

Soon after, they set off to Europe for an Arctic Circle cruise to Greenland, Iceland, and across the Atlantic to Canada.  Patricia and John then hopped on a plane to Cancun to watch their son get married.  They spent ten beautiful days there.   Next, they spent nine days sailing the British Virgin Islands with another flotilla of the top YouTube sailing channels and two members from Below Deck. 

From there, they spent two weeks in Cabo—and made it back home to Coronado in time for their 14th grandchild’s birth in January of this year.  Patricia and John are elated as it is their first grandchild who lives close to them—his mom is a dermatologist here in Coronado.
