Rich Padgett

Enrich Stone & Tile Restoration

Hi! My name is Richard Padgett.

I was born and raised in Marcus Hook, PA, but now I'm officially a Delaware guy after a move to Graylyn Grest in July 2025. However, it was in Pennsylvania that I found my calling.

My wife Gena & I bought a house in Trainer in 2003 that was one street over from Marble Crafters USA. This is where my passion for marble and granite had started when I began working in their fabrication department in 2001.

I spent almost 20 years leading crews for other companies, including Opus Tile & Stone, but it was always a dream of mine to start my own business. In XXXX, I did just that. I started Enrich Stone & Tile Restoration with a commitment to delivering quality work from experienced professionals. In fact, when you combine all the experience of me and my two employees, we have 58 years of experience in the stone restoration industry. I believe this experience is why I was selected in 2019 to be part of a three-man crew charged with restoring the grand foyer at the White House, an experience that was both historic and profoundly inspiring.

We are a small but mighty company, being a one location business. We are not a chain franchise and never plan to become one. Instead, we are focused on the customer experience and delivering exceptional results. I am a firm believer in quality over quantity. We have over a dozen Greenville and Centreville clients and love working in this area because we have found that Greenville residents take pride in their homes and also love the restoration aspect, whether that is for historical reasons or because they do not want the burdens that a full renovation brings.

As much as I love what I do, though, my biggest love is my family. My wife and I have been together for 25 years. I have a daughter named Sidney who is 20 years old and I must say, she is a gem. Sidney is a sophomore at the University of Delaware, where she has made the dean's list. Her major is Biology and she has aspirations of becoming an Ophthalmologist.

Rounding out our family is a dog we rescued from the SPCA named Ellie Mae. Our small family is so glad we moved to North Wilmington! From the libraries and parks to the overall kind people we've met, we are right at home here.
