Meet The Stowes

As we spend more time outdoors soaking up the summer sun, we’re excited to introduce you to the Stowe Family. Andy hails from Dallas, and Renee is originally from New Braunfels. The couple first crossed paths at a friend’s wedding in Scottsdale, Arizona, and made an instant connection. The rest, as they say, is history!

After living in the Cedar Park area for many years, they were ready for a larger home with more space to enjoy as their family grew. For them, the dream was all about wide-open spaces, beautiful old oak trees, and being surrounded by nature. After months of searching, they discovered the one-acre lots in Grand Mesa and immediately fell in love. The spacious backyard with its stunning views was exactly what they envisioned for raising their children and entertaining friends. Since moving in two years ago, the Stowes have embraced their home as the main “hangout” spot for friends, family, and neighbors.

Professionally, Andy is a Territory Manager at Enverus, where he sells software to oil and gas companies. A natural sales expert, he thrives in the fast-paced energy industry and is active in community volunteer groups through his company. Though he works from home, he values the meaningful connections he’s built with colleagues and friends across the organization.

Renee spent over two decades as a marketing executive in the home-building industry, working for some of the nation’s top builders. Last year, she was ready for a new chapter. Motivated by a desire to help a broader range of businesses, she launched her own firm—Renee Stowe Marketing Solutions—and now works directly with clients to grow their brands and build successful strategies.

Outside of work, Andy and Renee stay busy keeping up with their two daughters and enjoying every minute of this active season of life. Their oldest, Shae (17), graduated high school a year early and is already on her way to great things. She’s about to begin college classes, with plans to pursue Pediatric Occupational Therapy. A passionate dancer since the age of 3, Shae is part of a local dance company and is also signed with a modeling agency. She frequently walks the fashion runway and is regularly featured in international magazines.

Their youngest, Raegan (10), has discovered a love and talent for volleyball. She plays on a club team and is all in! When she’s not in the backyard practicing her serves and passes, you’ll likely find her inside building LEGO sets with Andy.

Despite their busy schedules, the Stowes prioritize quality time together. They enjoy family date nights exploring new spots around Austin, spending time at the lake, and hosting gatherings with friends and neighbors. Backyard cornhole tournaments are a frequent occurrence! The family also loves to travel and unwind together, taking time to explore new destinations and recharge. This summer, their adventures will take them to Red River, NM, and Costa Rica!
When it’s just the two of them, Renee and Andy enjoy discovering hot new restaurants, catching live music, sipping on crafty cocktails, and meeting up with friends for a night out.

For the Stowes, the best part of life in Grand Mesa is, without question, the neighbors and their connection to the natural surroundings. Their neighbors have become like family, and the quiet evenings on the patio—watching deer and soaking in the peace of the trees—are priceless. They feel incredibly grateful to have found their forever home here and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else.
