Tammy Ramsey has a knack for guiding people through the real estate process with ease and honesty. Ramsey, the CEO and founder of Tammy Ramsey Homes LLC, launched her own company with a desire to make real estate personal again. “After years in the industry, I realized my passion wasn’t just about helping people buy or sell houses—it was about guiding them through major life transitions with care, clarity, and confidence,” Ramsey said.
Ramsey grew up on a farm in Southern Indian, where hard work, faith, and family were the foundation of her childhood. Her drive and determination helped her earn a degree from the University of Kentucky and become a leader among her real estate peers. 
“The mission of my business is simple,” she said. “I treat every client like family and every transaction like it matters—because it does. Whether it’s a first-time buyer, a growing family, or someone navigating a difficult chapter like divorce or downsizing, I’m here to make the process smoother, less stressful, and more successful.”
Thanks to years of experience, Ramsey knows how to navigate emotional or difficult cases. She’s known to be calm and confident in stressful negotiations, she’s fiercely loyal, and prides herself on being hands-on with clients during every step of the process. “Each challenge has pushed me to grow stronger, work smarter, and serve better,” Ramsey said. “I’ve learned success isn’t just about sales—it’s about staying grounded in your values no matter what the market (or life) throws your way.”
Although she describes real estate as her professional calling, Ramsey wears many hats outside of the office. She’s a loving wife, mom, Nana, and friend. “I’m happiest when I get to show up fully in each of those roles,” she said.  “I’m married to my best friend, and we live on ten beautiful acres with our two fur babies.” Whether she’s cooking a big family meal, casting a line by the water, curled up with a good book, or knitting, she enjoys life to the fullest. 
Ramsey is a natural problem solver and a gifted businesswoman, but arguably more important in her profession, she simply loves people. “My business is about being a resource, a connector, and a trusted neighbor long after the deal is done,” she explained. Ramsey connects her clients with local contractors, lends an ear when needed, and is always ready with advice.
