Owner and co-founder Robb Mears, a graduate of the University of Louisville, has been part of the screen printing and apparel decoration world since 1996. His journey began at a Louisville-based ink manufacturer, where he served as Director of Product Development. As he pioneered new products and techniques, he recognized an opportunity to put his expertise directly into practice.

With his best friend Anna Rose, Robb launched Rose Transfers, a business literally born in a basement. The company specialized in screen-printed transfers, which are designs printed onto paper that customers could apply to any fabric using a heat press. Their innovation quickly attracted a major apparel manufacturer and set the stage for growth.

Over time, the company expanded into its third commercial location and began serving t-shirt shops, sporting goods companies, and apparel manufacturers across the country. Building on that success, Robb and his team launched Apparel2Day, a fast-turnaround apparel decoration facility that created a new industry standard: order today, and your custom apparel is ready in just two days.
