“I started CLE Plumbing and Maintenance in December 2014,” says Josh. “I built it from the ground up from the trunk of my Toyota Camry and built it into what it is today.” He’s proud of what he does, helping the community with all their plumbing and remodeling needs.

 

Litt's Remodeling and Design, established in 1952 by Joshua's great-grandfather Harry Litt, brought decades of expertise in kitchen and bathroom remodeling to the table. “We (CLE Plumbing Sewer, and Drain) provide full service residential and commercial plumbing,” explains Josh. From repairs, service work, drains, sewer inspections / cleaning, and jetting, Josh and his dedicated team do it all. With the addition of Litt’s Remodeling, all remodeling needs can be planned with precision and executed with excellence.

 

“We specialize in remodeling, with a focus on attention to detail and tremendous value,” explains Josh. Expect interior designers and certified kitchen and bath designers to plan projects and see projects through. “It’s as easy as bringing in pictures from Pinterest, and let the designers help guide you from there,” explains Joshua. The professionals at this local business can take your vision from dream to reality and also serve as one point of contact for the entire remodeling project.

 

“We stand behind our work from start to finish,” says Josh. They also work on a project continuously until it is completed. A 15-day project will typically be completed in three consecutive weeks from Monday – Friday, rather than 15 days spread out over multiple weeks or even months. Expect projects to be completed in an efficient manner with no subcontractors.

When not working, Josh is a dedicated family man. He and his wife have three children (a 2-year-old son, a 7-year-old son, a 10-year-old daughter), who love sports. Their older son is involved with hockey and their daughter loves playing the guitar and participating in figure skating competitions.

 

Saying that Josh frequents the ice rink would be an understatement. Between figure skating lessons, competitions, hockey games, and practices it feels like a second home. “Our family is also big on family game night,” he adds. “We play Monopoly, Life, and different board games as a family together.” He and his family enjoy takeout on Fridays, followed by a cozy fire in their living room, and breaking out the board games where they enjoy hours of good old fashioned family fun.

In the summers, you can find them listening to live music at the Van Aken District on Friday nights. “The kids get ice cream, crawl on the rocks, and play with kids from all over,” says Josh. “We try to spend as much time as we can with family,” he smiles.

 

When Josh has time for himself, he likes checking out local eateries and what is going on in the community. He also has a large screened-in garden and 20 chickens. “We teach the kids about the chickens and growing food,” he shares.

 

 

As Josh looks towards the future, he sees not just a thriving business but a legacy that he hopes to pass on to future generations. With his 10-year-old daughter already expressing an interest in following in his footsteps, there's a possibility that CLE Plumbing could become a female-owned and operated company, further cementing its place as a cornerstone of the community for years to come.
