Founded by Leonard, a lifelong Tulsan with over two decades of hands-on HVAC experience, the company reflects his long-standing commitment to quality and integrity. Though Leonard spent a few early years in Denver, his deep connection to Tulsa never wavered—shaped by a hardworking family and early exposure to the trades through his father’s local construction business.

With 24 years in the HVAC field, Leonard’s career began with small, family-run companies before moving on to work for the largest HVAC provider in the area. He enrolled in HVAC school in 2004 with a long-term goal: to start his own business. After gaining years of real-world experience, raising a family, and earning his contractor’s license, he made that vision a reality with the launch of Chill Out.

Chill Out was founded with a mission to restore the old-school values of the trade—where customer service, integrity, and pride in craftsmanship come before sales goals. “We’re not just chasing numbers,” Leonard says. “We’re focused on solving problems and giving people peace of mind.”
