Introducing Tucker James and his sidekick Daisy Mae!
A Home Without a Doodle is Just a Home
Woof! Woof! (Hello Vintage Oaks!)
My name is Tucker James and I am an 8-year-old Golden Doodle. I moved to Vintage Oaks in 2022 with my parents David and Meri Alexander. Although I was born in Kansas, I have spent most of my life in Texas. A few of my nicknames are TJ, Chocolate, and Tatanka (Lakota for Bison). I am over 80 pounds and I love being outside (especially when it is cold). When I am not protecting my house from FedEx and Amazon, I love chasing squirrels, keeping deer out of my yard, and taking long walks.
In addition to moving to Vintage Oaks this year, I had another big change in my life. My sister Olive (who I loved very much) went to dog heaven. I really missed her, so my parents brought home my new sister, Daisy Mae. Daisy is a 1-year-old Australian Labradoodle and she is a bundle of energy. She loves chasing me and she likes to steal my babies and balls from my toy basket. I try my best to be a good big brother and teach her good dog behavior, but I am ashamed to admit I taught her to bark at creatures when we see them on Animal Planet.
Both Daisy and I love our grandbabies Abbie (5) and Henry (2). They live in New Braunfels and come and play at our house all the time. We love it when they hug and pet us, but we especially like it when they accidentally drop food on the floor at dinner time...YUM!!!!!
Daisy and I both are so happy living in Vintage Oaks and we hope to meet you in the future. If you see us walking around the neighborhood, please stop and introduce yourself. We would love to give you a hello tail wag and have you shake a paw.
Along with my parents, Daisy, and I, we hope you have a blessed 2024.
Tucker James
