Over the years I’ve dabbled with making flower arrangements, from florals for our kids' weddings and intimate weddings we’ve coordinated here, to flowers in the individual rooms of Equinox Inn, our hosted bed & breakfast, 

Nearly four years ago, I stopped in to say goodbye to the local florist, who was moving. I made a random comment about wishing I had spent more time in her flower shop, and the next thing I knew, starting a floral business in my kitchen!

My background was in the medical field, then transitioned to massage therapist (still practicing over 31 years), and also the owner/operator of Equinox Inn at Canyon Lake bed and breakfast. While I own two other businesses, I had no real experience in the commercial side of a floral shop! We celebrated the grand opening of our building two weeks before Mother’s Day, one of the busiest holidays here in Canyon Lake!

We have come a long way from making floral arrangements in the kitchen by providing quality customer service, beautiful arrangements for weddings, personal events, funerals, and continuing education with the state floral association, we have steadily grown to be your local florist!

The floral shop satisfies my creative side! From gleaning the idea or vision of the client during a short phone call, to working with beautiful flowers and creating a smile on the recipient's face, I enjoy each day.

I feel that in all of our businesses, the skill of listening, asking the right questions, and providing genuine customer service, is what our clients remember and what makes them come back for our services.
