Girls Scouts of Mississippi Women of Distinction
Girl Scouts of Greater Mississippi serves over 6,000 girls and 1,800 volunteers across 45 counties in central and south Mississippi. We provide training to adult leaders and experiences for girls to gain knowledge and leadership skills to become confident, know their worth and have the skills to thrive, so they are "life ready" today and tomorrow.
Our premier fundraising event, Women of Distinction, will be held Tuesday, August 19th at The Country Club of Jackson beginning at 9:00 a.m. The doors open at 8:30 a.m. with a silent auction. The women that we honor are women whose personal and professional accomplishments make them positive role models to inspire girls to achieve their own goals and dreams.
