and vibrant energy to the neighborhood. Comprised of Austin, Caitlin, their adorable 4-

year-old son Houston, and their equally charming 2-year-old daughter Sophia, the

Beykes have been residents of Eaglebrooke since the summer of 2020.

This close-knit family also includes Gemma, a spunky Corgi, who undoubtedly adds a

touch of playfulness to their lives. Originating from different parts of the country, Austin

from Dublin, Ohio, and Caitlin from Cape Coral, Florida, their journey led them to

Lakeland, a place they now call home.

The Beyke family is no stranger to active engagement within their community. Most

Eaglebrooke regular golfers might recognize their home, nestled on the corner of the

8th green, featuring a two-story pool lanai. They often enjoy greeting golfers as they

pass by and meeting new neighbors. Their family can frequently be spotted cruising

around the neighborhood in their golf cart, taking in the fresh air and enjoying the

picturesque surroundings. They've also fostered lifelong friendships with fellow

Eaglebrooke residents, a testament to the warm and welcoming atmosphere this

community provides.

Austin, the head of the family, is a well-known figure in the local business landscape. He

is the founder and owner of Mohawk Branding, a prominent advertising agency in town.

Through his company, he works closely with local schools, nonprofits, and businesses,

offering branding, advertising, graphic design, promotional items, and branded apparel

services. You might have seen his work on billboards around town or in local

publications, contributing to the visual identity of Lakeland.

Austin and Caitlin's love story began in Lakeland when they met through a mutual

friend. They tied the knot in 2015, marking the beginning of their beautiful journey

together. Their union has been blessed with two wonderful children, Houston, and

Sophia, both with sweet and energetic personalities, thriving on the adventure of

growing up together.

Currently, the kids are both in daycare, where they're making friends and enjoying new

experiences. Their parents encourage them to explore their interests, and they eagerly

participate in family activities such as beach days, pool days, and visits to the zoo. The

Beykes hold traditions close to their hearts, often embarking on trips to the mountains,

camping, or visiting places like the zoo, aquarium, and SeaWorld.

One unique aspect of the Beyke family is their love for movies. Movie nights at home

with friends, going to the theater, or experiencing the nostalgia of a drive-in cinema are

common pastimes they share. It's a testament to their appreciation for quality time and

shared experiences.

Austin and Caitlin both have thriving careers that they are passionate about. Austin's

background in fine art and his fascination with design led him to establish Mohawk

Branding. His work is well-regarded for his expertise in branding and design. Austin

revels in the opportunity to make dreams a reality for his clients, and his creative flair is

evident in the work he produces.

Caitlin is a talent acquisition consultant with a specialization in recruiting strategy and

execution. Her role involves partnering with executives to build startup biotech

companies in the San Francisco Bay Area. Caitlin is passionate about her work, as she

helps professionals find meaningful roles aligned with their aspirations while contributing

to the impact these companies have on society.

The Beykes share a love for a variety of activities. Austin enjoys golf, whether it's

playing on his simulator at home or exploring new courses with friends. He also has a

penchant for pickleball, pool days, and hosting gatherings for family and friends.

Meanwhile, Caitlin finds solace in spa days and takes pleasure in all things related to

interior décor.

Their true passion, however, is spending quality time with their children, embracing the

sheer joy that comes from witnessing life through the eyes of their little ones. They are

also involved with several charities and nonprofits, including Lakeland Volunteers in

Medicine, highlighting their dedication to giving back to the community.

The Beykes are active participants in the Lakeland community, frequently attending

Grace City Church. They enjoy taking their kids to the parks, catching a movie at the

drive-in, and making the most of their time downtown. Their favorite restaurants include

the ones downtown, and they love to take their kids to Circle B. As for sports teams,

Caitlin is a Gators fan, while Austin supports Ohio State and the Bengals.

The choice to reside in Eaglebrooke was a well-thought-out decision for the family. They

were drawn to the location, the beautiful homes, the golf course, and the excellent

reputation of the community. They couldn't be more grateful for their two beautiful
