About You & Your Business
Tell us a little about your business and what you offer. Superior Spray Service, Inc. was founded by Kevin Blanks in 2003. Kevin was involved in the landscaping industry for over 30 years, and for the past 26 years, he has focused on the pest control industry in both service and industry sales. During his three-year tenure with Lesco, now John Deere Landscaping, a leading supplier in the pest control industry, Kevin worked day-to-day operations at their Lakeland facility. There he became familiar with all the top brands of lawn fertilizers, pesticides, and a host of other products that he now uses daily to service his customers. Today, Superior Spray Service, Inc. has technicians servicing pests, lawns, trees, and termites in the greater Central & North Florida Area. With multiple trucks on the road and each trained technician required to obtain regular continuing education as mandated by Florida law, Superior Spray Service, Inc. is one of the leading 5-star Pest Control companies in Florida. We are a 3x “Triple-Crown” recipient of the Best of Central Florida Pest Control Award 2019-2021.

What inspired you to start your business?
From a young age, I always wanted to work for myself and run a company. When I was young, I had a lawn mowing route and raised chickens to establish an egg route in the neighborhood where I lived. As I got older, I always desired to do something for myself. My goal was to have a company before I turned 30. I was 29 1/2 and haven't looked back.
How long have you been serving the Lakeland/Eaglebrooke community? 25 years

What would you say to other businesses considering partnering with Stroll? They need to view it as a partnership. It's not just about getting new work, it's about working to earn the trust of the residents of Eaglebrooke.

Why is being involved in the Eaglebrooke community important to you? As a locally owned pest control company, it's nice being able to offer something that we can do to help our neighbors.

What advice or tips would you like to share with Eaglebrooke residents related to your area of expertise? Pest control is more than just killing bugs, it's about understanding how they live, breed, and the proper control methods. Having the right pest control company is important because they should also work to educate you.

Tell us a little about your business and what you offer.
J. Molnar Heating & Cooling Inc., also known as Molnar Air, is a family-owned and operated HVAC company proudly serving Lakeland and the surrounding areas. We specialize in residential air conditioning repair, maintenance, and full system replacements, as well as light commercial services. Our focus is simple, honest service, upfront pricing, and making sure our customers feel confident and comfortable in their homes and businesses.

What inspired you to start your business?
I started Molnar Air with the goal of doing things differently. During my time working as an HVAC technician for Publix corporate buildings, I learned the importance of putting the customer first and upholding strong values in every aspect of the job. That experience stuck with me and became the foundation for how I run my own business today. I saw there was a need for an HVAC company that truly prioritizes people—no gimmicks, no pressure, just honest recommendations and quality work. Being a family business, we treat our customers the same way we’d treat our own family

How long have you been serving the Lakeland/Eaglebrooke community?
We’ve proudly been serving the Lakeland & surrounding area since 2008 and have built strong relationships within communities like Eaglebrooke through trust, reliability, and consistent service.

How long have you been a partner with us? We began our partnership in the October issue 2016.

What has your experience been like being part of Stroll Eaglebrooke?
It’s been an amazing experience. Stroll does a great job of bringing the community together and highlighting local businesses in a genuine and meaningful way. It feels more personal than traditional advertising, and working with Bianca McKinney has made it even better. She is so pleasant and friendly, and really makes you feel comfortable. She also truly values partnering with businesses that are honest, fair, and focused on taking care of people the right way, and it’s important to us to be part of a magazine that shares and highlights those same values within the community.

How has being featured in the magazine helped your business grow or connect with the community?
Being featured in Stroll has helped keep our name in front of the community in a consistent and positive way. It allows residents to become familiar with who we are and what we stand for, which is important to us as a family-owned business. It’s been a great way to stay connected and be part of the Eaglebrooke community.

What would you say to other businesses considering partnering with Stroll?
DO IT!  If you want to connect with the community on a more personal level and build real relationships, Stroll is a great way to do that.

Why is being involved in the Eaglebrooke community important to you?
For us, it’s about more than just business, it’s about being part of the community. Eaglebrooke is a place where people value relationships and take pride in their homes, and we appreciate the opportunity to be a trusted resource for residents. Being involved allows us to build real connections and be someone homeowners can rely on.

What do you enjoy most about serving the residents here?
The people. Eaglebrooke residents truly value quality service and relationships, and we appreciate the trust they place in us to take care of their homes.

What advice or tips would you like to share with Eaglebrooke residents related to your area of expertise?
The best way to avoid unexpected AC issues is through regular maintenance. Ideally, systems should be serviced in the spring and fall, before the peak seasons put added strain on them. Routine maintenance helps extend the life of your system, improve efficiency, and reduce the likelihood of costly repairs. For homeowners who want a worry-free approach, our Gold Membership Plan takes the guesswork out by keeping your maintenance on schedule while offering added perks and savings year-round.

Is there anything homeowners or families should be thinking about right now when it comes to your services?
During the summer months, one of the most common issues we see in Florida is clogged AC drain lines due to heavy system use. This can lead to unexpected shutdowns or even water damage. Making sure your air filter is changed regularly and having your drain line checked can help prevent these issues.

What do you love most about what you do?
What we love most is being able to show up for people when they need us. Whether it’s getting someone’s AC back up and running in the middle of summer or helping them make a smart decision for their home, there’s a real sense of pride in doing the job right and taking care of our customers.

Fun fact about you or your business?
We’re truly a family-run operation—husband and wife, along with our son and daughter, are all involved in the day-to-day operations. It’s something we’re incredibly proud of and a big part of what makes our business so personal. We also treat our employees like family, because we believe a strong, supportive team is what allows us to take the best care of our customers. Our hours are Monday through Friday, with emergency service available on Saturdays, and we’re closed on Sundays so we can prioritize church and family time.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with the Eaglebrooke community?
We’re incredibly grateful for the support from the Eaglebrooke community. Thank you for trusting us with your homes—we don’t take that lightly. If you ever need us, we’re just a call away and always happy to help.

What inspired you to start your business?
Robbie is a Lakeland, FL native who graduated from FL Southern with a Computer Science Degree and started at Publix after graduation.  Quickly he realized that an inside desk job wasn’t for him. Shortly after leaving Publix, he started in the construction industry and was soon faced with the downturn of the economy in 2007. After gaining immense experience working at one of central Fl’s largest roofing companies, as the reroof area manager for the Orlando division, the company was forced to abruptly close their doors with the economic turmoil. Robbie then went to work for another roofing company in Sarasota driving the distance from Lakeland to Sarasota daily to run a smaller roofing and paver company. However, Robbie was faced with hardship once again when the owner tragically passed away the family choose to close the company.  With not too many options, Robbie and Mandy decided their best option was to start something of their own.  Robbie quickly studied and passed the Fl Roofing Contractor exam and High Tower was started in the spring of 2012.

How long have you been serving the Lakeland/Eaglebrooke community?
High Tower has been serving the Lakeland and surrounding communities since 2012, including Eaglebrooke.

How long have you been a partner with us? We began our partnership with the September 2018 issue.

How has being featured in the magazine helped your business grow or connect with the community?
Going into the roofing business unexpectedly, we wanted to make High Tower a successful business and to try and eliminate the often negative stigma the industry carries.  We wanted to not only provide a professional experience, but to provide more of a consulting one.  This experience can only be gained through constant education and aligning ourselves with manufactures that offer the best of class products and a commitment to train their installers with the knowledge the customer needs to best fit their unique situation.
We also operate from a standpoint of understanding our calling is greater than providing roofs.  We must continue to dig deeper to provide more for our customers and when we do that, trust grows and it allows us to do more in the communities in which we live.
We believe that the homeowners in Eaglebrooke appreciate the value in which High Tower brings into their home     We believe that they appreciate the honesty and our commitment to sow back into the communities in which they live.  Bianca truly seeks the best for those that she serves at Eaglebrooke. She seeks companies that she trusts because of her experience with them and only then can she properly stand behind them and promote them within the Eaglebrooke community.

What would you say to other businesses considering partnering with Stroll?
Eaglebrooke is not just a golf community, it is really a lifestyle where neighbors are doing life with one another. They lean on each other when seeking vendors to help them with home projects.  These homeowners want someone that does what they say, stands behind their work and has integrity.  If other businesses are considering partnering with Stroll, I would say you must stand apart from the rest by offering more value to the owners.  These owners are not looking for the next cheapest deal, they are looking for quality and integrity.

Why is being involved in the Eaglebrooke community important to you?
We believe our business aligns with the community.  We don’t seek to be the least expensive roofer in town, we seek customers that want to make a calculated decision on their roof based on their needs and the options and education that we bring to their project.

What do you enjoy most about serving the residents here?
We appreciate their hard questions.  They do their homework and their research, and it is up to us to provide the consulting that they need.  We want them to trust who they hire and know that we really do seek to do a good job for them, it’s more than a roof.  We want to partner with them not just today but for many years to come.

What advice or tips would you like to share with Eaglebrooke residents related to your area of expertise?
A roof is more than the roofing application that they choose.  You need to know about the components of a roof, does it matter and why does it matter.  The roofing warranties matter.  We have worked many years to be able to provide the warranties that we provide. Not every roofer can provide the same warranties.
For concrete and clay tile roofs- Robbie Sanger has over 20 years of experience in installing this application which matters because the smallest mistake can turn into large issues with these applications.  There is less margin of error when installing these types of roofs due the required underlayment and vast flashing details that can cause major issues when not installed correctly.  Also, the attention to detail in installing tile patterns and mortor along hips, rakes and ridges can easily change the aesthetic of the roof.
We are certified to install many designer metal roof systems, also most of our crews and crew leaders have worked and been trained at High Tower for 8+ yearsl

Is there anything homeowners or families should be thinking about right now when it comes to your services?
Not looking for a roof right now but want to make sure that your roof is taken care of?  We have a solution for that.  We offer a Higher Care Maintenance Program where payments can be made monthly or yearly which can put your mind to ease and prolong the life of your roof.  Call us for the details!

Fun fact about you or your business?
We have 3 kids, our oldest is a Bass Fisherman in College and travels the US with his university, our middle child does travel baseball and our youngest is a dancer. We try to guide our personal and professional decisions based on our faith and take our experiences into consideration with all of our employees and impress this upon them when coming into the homes of the customers that we serve. Robbie and Mandy do work daily together at High Tower which of course, has it’s challenges but helping one another, leaning on each other’s strengths has provided great benefits to their company. Taking their different viewpoints into account has provided many disputes but ultimately well thought out paths to reach their goals.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with the Eaglebrooke community?
Roofs on a Mission- for every re-roof job that we install, portions of the proceeds are set aside for various community needs.  These needs range from supporting non-profits for children in need, shoes for kids in school or to help a homeowner going through a hard time that needs a roof.  When homeowners choose us, they need to know their portions of their payment for their new roof, goes right back into their communities.  Many times, roofs or portions of roofs are given to homeowners that are elderly, ones that make great contributions in the communities themselves, homeowners enduring a hardship, single mothers, homeowners with terminally ill children and the list has and will continue on.  This is why we do what we do, we do it to serve more around us.
