16th Annual Del Rio Country Club Premier Car Show | Modesto & Central Valley
Stroll Del Rio covers the 16th Annual Del Rio Country Club Premier Car Show in Modesto, CA. Over 325 classic, luxury, and exotic cars on display, supporting First Tee Central Valley.

This summer, Stroll Del Rio had the pleasure of covering the 16th Annual Del Rio Country Club Premier Car Show, one of the top car events in Modesto and the Central Valley. On August 6th, 2023, 325 participants entered their vehicles, showcasing the best in classic, exotic, and luxury automobiles. Interest from both entrants and attendees continues to grow, making this a must-see event for local car enthusiasts.

In 2007, a downturn in the economy impacted many aspects of life in the Del Rio community. To rejuvenate club life at Del Rio Country Club, longtime friends and auto enthusiasts Allen Beebe and Jim Reed proposed a fresh concept to the Club: a high-end, on-site auto show that reflected the Country Club’s signature luxury and service standards.

The inaugural show featured 30 entrants, and over the years, it has expanded to hundreds of cars, allowing both members and non-members to experience automobile artistry, white linen service dining, and the lush grounds of the Country Club.

The Del Rio Country Club Premier Car Show honors a variety of categories, judged by respected Modesto car experts. Recent additions include the Bart Bartoni Legends Award, recognizing lifetime contributions to automobile modification culture. Other popular categories include:

  • Best of Show
  • Best Paint
  • Best Upholstery
  • Best Pick-up
  • Best Corvette
  • Best Foreign
  • Best Low-Rider
With 48 local sponsors, the event celebrates both automotive excellence and community engagement in Del Rio and Modesto.
Proceeds from the car show benefit First Tee Central Valley, a program dedicated to youth development through golf in Stanislaus County. Learn more at www.firstteecentralvalley.org.

The show continues to be a summer highlight for Central Valley families and car enthusiasts, offering luxury, community connection, and awe-inspiring automobiles — all right in the Del Rio neighborhood.
