Meet Biscuit, the Barn Manager
Biscuit is a 13-year-old Jack Russell with a big personality and a very important job. Every day except Sunday (his well-earned day off), he accompanies his mom to the barn in Dover, where she rides horses. Known affectionately as the “barn manager,” Biscuit takes his responsibility for overseeing the barn’s daily activities very seriously.
He isn’t your typical Jack Russell. Biscuit doesn’t like to jump, and he certainly isn’t yappy. However, he does not approve of birds and will gladly bark at them to maintain his own carefully enforced “no-fly zone.”
A seasoned traveler, Biscuit has explored the United States and especially loves attending horse shows. In fact, he has probably logged more miles in a truck than most people! Wherever he goes, he carries himself like a valued member of the team, and he definitely doesn’t think he’s a dog.
When he isn’t managing the barn or traveling, Biscuit enjoys carrying his own leash on walks, settling in for an afternoon nap, and receiving plenty of armpit scratches. Most of all, he loves his mommy, his constant companion through every barn day, horse show, and road-trip adventure.
