Silly Tilly
Name: My full name is Matilda Laurel Folds, but I answer to Tilly.
Family: Mom - Lynn, Dad - Joe, 3 brothers and their partners - Joseph & Melissa, Josh & Meg, Ben & Grace, 1 canine nephew - Cheddar, a standard poodle
Breed: I'm a mini Bernedoodle.

Is there a story behind how you got your name?
My mom and dad spent 7 years living in Australia and all of their dogs' names since then have related back to this beautiful country. Matilda is a nod to "Waltzing Matilda", the country's unofficial national anthem. Laurel was my litter name.
How did you find your humans?
I came from a wonderful breeder in Florence, SC called South Carolina Little Doodles.
Tell us about your personality:
I hear cars and golf carts coming down the road and will sit (on my own most of the time) until they pass by - oh, and I get a treat when I do this!! I am also a super jumper and do not like to stop even when I am told not to do it. My favorite jump is when I leap from one carpet to the next in my bedroom and I am flying! If you happen to meet me in the street, I am working hard to control my jumping, but it is likely to take many more months (if ever) before I am fully in control.
What do people, especially your humans, like best about you?
I love people! And everyone thinks I'm a cutie! I love going out to do pretty much anything - walks, car rides, golf cart rides, cheering on Colleton's pickleball teams, brewery visits and more! I enjoy seeing other dogs too!
What's a funny story about you?
When I was only 4 months, I enjoyed playing with my nephew Cheddar who was much taller than me. I would use my small size and agility to make flying playful attacks at his ears and make my getaway under the tables and chairs where he could not reach. I would reset and launch my attacks again.
