After only a couple of months of being newlyweds, Bill and Mandy Arnold moved from Ohio to Bluffton in 2016. Both being from small towns, they fell in love with the community of Bluffton and integrated quickly. Beyond helping local businesses and schools with promotional products, they are members of The Chamber and charter members of The Lions Club (Bluffton). The Arnolds both hold district and state offices with The Lions Club and are heavily involved in the philanthropies focused on by The Lions Club. Bill and Mandy have continued to support the Shriners Children Hospital for many years.

When The Arnolds moved to Bluffton, Bill was in landscaping, and Mandy was a CPA. In time, Bill became burnt out from landscaping, deciding to switch things up. Little did Bill know that he was going to come full circle from pressing t-shirts and hats in his parents’ concession trailer on the fair circuit to owning his own promotional products company - Eagle Creations took flight!

In 2017, Eagle Creations started out of The Arnolds' truck, pressing t-shirts and being a distributor, focusing on being fully mobile. Little by little, they began bringing production in-house, literally to their house, to become more flexible. In 2022, they made the decision to find a commercial space to move things out of their house and opened their showroom shop on Argent Boulevard. The showroom provides the opportunity for their customers to try on the clothing (shirts, pullovers, hats, etc) and look through the many options of promotional items - bags, drinkware, office supplies, technology, gift baskets, and much more. Customers can even be hands-on with making sure the color of thread used in embroidery is the shade they desire!

Eagle Creations is here to service the individual and the large group/team/company, even family gatherings and reunions. Bill and Mandy enjoy helping their customers’ visions come to life, whether it’s a pickleball team shirt for twenty people or a custom laundry bag for a high school graduate gift. Each order is handled with care and attention, with either Bill or Mandy personally checking the quality and details of the work.

Mandy told us that one of her favorite things about being in promotional products is seeing her customers’ faces light up with smiles when seeing their finished product. Eagle Creations hand-delivers to their clients and will ship directly to the recipient if they don’t live locally.
