Meet The Chateau Elan Realty Trio —

Lori, Suzanne & Tom

The Chateau Elan Realty trio consisting of Lori Cable, Tom Collins and Suzanne Davidson represents all the preferred builders of new construction in Chateau Elan, as well as buyers and sellers of resales both inside and outside the gates of Chateau Elan. And while there is a misconception that they only represent new construction, more than half of their sales are resales. They have various backgrounds that help them understand and meet their client’s needs.

After a stock broker career, Tom Collins moved into the real estate industry in 1994. He started in the Hamilton Mill community and became a licensed broker in 1998. He moved to Chateau Elan as the broker and invited Lori to join him. The first home he sold in Chateau Elan was to Peggy and Ron Rowland, and he recently helped them sell that same home so they could move closer to family. Tom’s 28-plus years of focusing on luxury golf course communities and his willingness to help those in our community have earned him the unofficial title of “Ambassador of Chateau Elan.”

Lori came from the HVAC Industry before starting her real estate career in 1987 in Charlotte, NC, when a friend encouraged her to do so. In 1993 she moved to Georgia and worked in many of the communities around Chateau Elan, including selling most of the homes in Trilogy Park. Because of her crossover from various neighborhoods along with her 30-plus years in the industry, Lori has a history with many buyers and sellers looking both inside and outside of Chateau Elan.

After being a small business owner for many years, friends encouraged Suzanne to move into real estate. In 2014, Suzanne joined the Chateau Elan Realty team under the management of Tony Mastandrea. Her first sale was outside the neighborhood to the son of a current Legends resident. And now, as a 20-plus-year resident and having lived in four of the five HOA communities, she can also share her personal knowledge and experience from a resident’s viewpoint.

Tom, Lori and Suzanne work as independent contractors and share their sales equally. This allows them to work together as a team and create a healthy environment for all who walk into the sales office doors. But their work doesn’t stop there. They gladly help with questions on all things Chateau Elan!

With an office at the front of the neighborhood, this team is on call seven days per week, 360 days per year, and is ready to help you with your Realty needs. They love helping people live the life they choose, whether it is upsizing to make room for their family, downsizing as their kids grow up and move out or moving closer to family, they are ready to help navigate the transition. They have learned that being an agent many times means they need to be a friend to listen to clients' woes, excitements, troubles, etc., to help understand how they can help meet their needs. They love to share the community and open buyers' eyes to how great our community is! And it is an honor when their clients engage their services again and again due to their top-notch customer service.

The Edwards family experienced this firsthand over their five transactions with Chateau Elan Realty. They started by selling homes for The Edwards in both Traditions and in Woodlands. They helped them purchase a house in Legends and then sell the same house. And then, they found the home in Creekside, where they currently reside, while building a home in Legends with Hopper Homes and Renovations. In addition, Chateau Elan Realty helped Audra’s mom purchase a home outside Chateau Elan.

This team closed a trifecta in one day with Patrick and Kimberly Miller, Tim Weisheipl, and Bruce and Rhonda Brown. The Millers came to Chateau Elan looking at new construction in Creekside. When friends encouraged them to move into Oxley instead, the Chateau Elan Realty team called Tim, who previously had his home for sale but pulled it off the market. He agreed to sell his Oxley home if a home could be located for him to upsize. The team reached out to the Browns, who decided to sell their home on Shumard Oak and downsize to a new construction home in Creekside. Chateau Elan Realty later helped the Browns move once again in Creekside when they fell in love with the home literally next door! They then sold the Brown’s home to David and Debbie Weigand, who had walked into the sales office months before looking for exactly what the home had to offer.

Lori, Tom and Suzanne have many more stories to share about helping so many residents, whether as a single transaction or multiple transactions within the same family! This group has recently helped nine new families and six current residents from Oxley, Woodlands, Covered Bridge and Creekside choose the best option for our newest section of Chateau Elan — Brookstone! Stop in the Chateau Elan Realty Office and let this trio help you decide if now is the best time to buy or sell your home. You might just decide to join the group moving into Brookstone as your next destination in Chateau Elan!
