How do you respond to that question? I believe that GLP1 & 2 are the best invention in modern medicine in over 50 years. But it needs to be right and under the guidance of a healthcare provider. Do not buy your products off line or from pharmacies.

What's another question people ask you about your field of expertise? How can I fight fatigue?
The first thing everyone should do is get a good panel of fasting lab work that includes vitamins and hormone levels to see if there is a medical reason for fatigue.

Please explain why what you do is important. I offer one-on-one consultation where I take a good past and present medical history, list of complaints, medications and devise an individualized plan that helps you feel like you again. I am not looking for just "normal", I am looking at optimal health for each individual.

What are some "do's and don'ts" you would tell clients? 

Don't listen to Dr. Google!! 

All vitamins are not created equal. You can go broke taking the wrong vitamins. Normal doesn't mean Optimal.

Anything else residents should know about you? I take pride in treating my patients like family. I have created an environment where you get great healthcare with a small-town feel. I am not driven by time schedules. I take the time I need with each patient however long that takes. You are not just a number at SoWal Health and Wellness.
