Victor Pike always knew he wanted to own a business. His mother recalls that at age four, after receiving a birthday card, he wanted to sell cards so others could feel the same happiness and joy. While he didn’t pursue that idea, his entrepreneurial spirit endured. Today, he owns V Squared Roofing & Restoration with his wife, Valerie.

 

Let’s start at the beginning of Victor’s career in the roofing industry.  Twenty years ago, after a successful sales career, Victor joined a friend’s roofing company as a salesperson. Embracing the opportunity and challenge, he not only excelled in sales but also gained hands-on experience in small business operations and the roofing industry.

 

After returning from hurricane restoration work in Florida, Victor and Valerie decided to apply what they’d learned from that experience. In 2023, with Valerie’s support, Victor launched V Squared Roofing & Restoration. The name comes from the couple’s Lakepointe Life Group, which nicknamed them “V Squared” when they walked into a room.

They have three children: daughter Jasmine living in Amarillo, daughter Shelby living at home at attending cosmetology school, and Ryan, a high school senior who is enrolled in a welding program and is considering joining the company as services are expanded.
