Samantha Baumann and her fellow realtor Tiphannie Willie Clements founded W Lux Properties more than 13 years ago to serve clients in all aspects of real estate: buying, selling, building, commercial, leasing and investing. In February 2024 W Lux Properties teamed up with Regal Realtors to better serve their clients in the North Texas Metroplex. Since then, with the combined resources of Regal, Samantha has seen W Lux grow to a team of 25 and become more streamlined and productive.

 

All of the W Lux professionals are skilled and knowledgeable in all of the categories of real estate W Lux represents:  farm and ranch, luxury homes, custom home builds, commercial, leasing, investment properties and more. They are trained in all aspects of real estate: affordability, credit, legal matters and income, educating their clients as they help them navigate the process of buying or selling. With the higher interest rates, Samantha and her team have become creative in negotiating with both buyers and sellers to ensure their clients have the best experience and outcome possible.  

 

Samantha loves real estate—it’s ever changing and sometimes challenging market fluctuations keeps it interesting while continuing to grow. She shares her passion twice a month with her colleagues at Regal, teaching hands on real estate courses to keep agents up-to-date on the latest trends and changes to the industry. She is also proud and passionate about the mentorship program she started in 2016 at W Lux that is now led by Ally Stead. The program consists of a sequence of classes to educate agents about the market, the different types of real estate categories and current industry trends and technologies. In addition, Ally works with newly licensed agents to help educate and navigate them through the numerous types of transactions and processes inherent in the industry. Samantha’s love of real estate and eye for design has recently morphed into another passion—designing, renovating and flipping homes—a venture that has brought her success with several homes in Rockwall.

 

After more than a year of strategic planning and development, W Lux Properties launched its own dedicated commercial division this past spring—H&N Lux—led by Dominique Horn and Kaitlyn Neal. H&N Lux will focus on East Texas—from Rockwall County to Tyler and up to Paris. Both Dominique and Kaitlyn have a passion for commercial property, along with the knowledge and expertise in commercial real estate to handle this important aspect of the business.  

 

Since founding W Lux Properties, giving back to the community has been an important core value of the business. Samantha and every member of the W Lux team are committed to holding community events throughout the year to benefit Rockwall and the surrounding area.   Each Thanksgiving season the team holds an open house and food drive for a week to collect donations to “Stock the Pantry”. The company’s Holiday Party requests an unwrapped toy be brought for donation to a local charity. This next quarter the company will donate time and contributions to benefit Patriot Paws.   

 

Samantha and her husband Harry have been residents of Buffalo Creek for 11 years. This past year Samantha joined up with fellow Buffalo Creek resident William Branch of CrossCountry Mortgage to sponsor a Christmas Lights competition for the Buffalo Creek homeowners. The contest was a huge success. Nina Cox was the winner and she donated her $500 prize to provide Christmas meals for Heath’s police and firefighters.
