OSEGA Gymnastics and Ninja Obstacle Training is more than just a gym; it’s also a dynamic training ground where athletes of all ages can discover their potential, chase big dreams and build unshakable confidence.

Founded by former Olympic gymnastics coach Miles Avery, OSEGA began with a clear mission: to give young athletes the opportunity to train at an elite level while creating a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere. OSEGA has expanded its offerings beyond gymnastics to include ninja warrior–style obstacle courses and obstacle course race training.

One of the newest and most exciting additions is TRIUMPH, an outdoor obstacle course racing (OCR) training center designed for both kids and adults. This innovative program takes traditional gym training outside, combining the thrill of OCR with structured coaching and skill development. It’s the first of its kind in the region and is already gaining buzz among families and fitness enthusiasts alike.

“Our goal was always to help athletes pursue their dreams,” says Miles. “Whether that dream is gymnastics, ninja training or OCR competition, we’re here to provide a supportive, high-energy environment to help them get there.”

TRIUMPH has a professionally built obstacle course offering a variety of full-size obstacles, including an inverted wall, a high rig, hurdles, a frame cargo, an Olympus and much more. The course features equipment including a spear throw, sandbags, tires and atlas stones. TRIUMPH is used to train for competitions like Savage, Spartan and OCR World Championships.

OSEGA offers price options for TRIUMPH with a choice of ongoing registration, punch passes (with scheduled classes) or drop-in classes. TRIUMPH has classes in OCR Conditioning, OCR Technique, OCR Movement and Fundamentals, and OCR Open Rig Practice.
