Evita Briceno, a community manager overseeing a portfolio of communities in the Carolinas for FirstService Residential, took over as the Association manager on April 1. In this role, Evita manages several communities by implementing effective governance, financial planning, maintenance and the use of best practices. Evita has earned high praises from managing the Biltmore Lake and The Ramble communities and is excited to work with residents in Biltmore Park.

Before becoming a community manager, she was an assistant manager at a large-scale sighted community with approximately 500 homes. She was on site for six years and planned their community events, as well as assisted residents and the manager with day-to-day tasks such as addressing owner concerns and dealing with maintenance and the upkeep of facilities.

Evita is a member of the Community Association Institute (CAI) and is working toward her certified manager of community associations (CMCA) designation. She is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.

Evita is a mother of two children, Leo and Ariana. Her favorite activities include seeing live shows and traveling.
