Dear Bent Tree Neighbors,

Welcome to the very first issue of Stroll Bent Tree!

I honestly couldn’t be more excited to finally get this into your hands. Over the past few months, I’ve had the chance to meet so many wonderful residents, business owners, and community leaders, and every conversation has made me even more excited about what’s to come.

If you’re new to Stroll, here’s what it’s all about. This isn’t just another magazine filled with ads. It’s your neighborhood magazine. It’s where we’ll celebrate neighbors, share stories, highlight local events, introduce trusted businesses, and hopefully give you a reason to smile when it shows up in your mailbox each month.

A huge thank you goes out to our founding business partners who believed in this vision from day one. They’ve made it possible for every resident to receive Stroll Bent Tree free each month, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to introduce you to businesses that I truly believe in.

Now, a little about me…

I’m Jessica Harris, and I’ve called Sarasota home for many years. My husband, Chris and I stay pretty busy raising our three girls, Noelle, Brooke, and Chandler, but when life slows down a bit, you’ll probably find me grabbing a pedicure with friends, doing a little shopping, squeezing in a round of golf, or just hanging out by the pool with the family. Basically, if there’s sunshine involved, I’m in.

One of the reasons I was so excited to bring Stroll to Bent Tree is because I genuinely love connecting people. I love hearing people’s stories, supporting local businesses, and creating opportunities for neighbors to get to know one another. My hope is that this magazine becomes something you’re proud to be part of and that it reflects everything that makes Bent Tree such a great place to live.

This is just the beginning, and I’d love your help making it even better. If you have a story idea, a family milestone, a favorite photo, or know a neighbor who deserves to be featured, don’t keep it to yourself. Reach out! I’d love to hear from you.
