For more than 20 years, Elizabeth Hoisington, M.A., has been walking alongside individuals and couples through seasons of anxiety, trauma, and relationship struggles. With a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology, her work blends psychology, relational wisdom, and spiritual depth in what she calls PsychoSpiritual Awareness.

Elizabeth helps clients facing marriage conflict, family estrangement, high-functioning anxiety, and the lingering impact of trauma. She sees these not just as problems to fix, but as invitations—signals from the psyche and spirit asking to be restored. Her approach is grounded and compassionate, creating a safe space where clients can reconnect with clarity, presence, and belonging.

At the heart of her work is a simple truth: healing is not linear—it’s relational, cyclical, and alive. Elizabeth’s gift is helping people feel safe, seen, and grounded enough to finally exhale, open up, and begin again.

With determination, I founded MainDesign Print Co. Starting small with just one machine and a rotary cutter, I built this business from the ground up. Today, our mission is simple: to provide exceptional signage, design, and printing solutions that exceed expectations.
