Hey there, Belmont-Hillsboro, my name is Ciera Farley and I am a Nashville native. I attended Tennessee State University and earned my Bachelors in Family Consumer Science with a concentration in Interior Design. I have always been interested in the arts. I started out in dance - jazz, tap, and ballet. I later dabbled into playing instruments such as the violin, cello, and keyboard. I've always had an interest in fashion design and fashion illustration. In my adult years, I've picked up cosmetology as a hobby. 

I come from a close knit family consisting of mom and dad, three siblings (including myself as the middle child), three significant others, three grandchildren and two grand dogs. I have a fiancé whom I have been dating since 2016. We share one daughter that is five years old. 

I started in this industry the summer before my senior year of college. I earned the position of an intern at Decorating Den Interiors back in 2016. I worked my way up from working for a grade to working for myself.

Decorating Den Interiors started in 1969 selling carpet and window treatments. From there we grew into a full service design studio. Our mission is to combine fantastic service and great design with high quality products that are selected just for you and your lifestyle. I was inspired to continue this business because I have invested a lot of time and hard work to get to the level I am. I did not want to leave all that I've built to go to another company and learn a whole new system.

We offer full service design. We assist with the best space plan for the area, dimensions of furniture pieces, selection of furnishings and color schemes. We also handle all the behind the scenes logistics. We handle shipping and delivery, install and the coordination of trades workers such as painters and contractors.

CB Home - Decorating Den Interiors is unique in that we do not charge for the first appointment. We believe that our potential clients should be able to get to know us without having to pay a fee. There are no surprise charges with CB Home - Decorating Den Interiors. We agree on a budget range for the scope of the project on the first appointment, if not the first phone call. If the budget is not realistic for us, we will offer different ways to solve the problem without breaking the bank. We are also a one stop shop. Mostly anything you need for home we can do or we know who can do it for you.

CB Home - Decorating Den Interiors is a proud member of the Tennessee State University alumni committee. Whether it's volunteering for an event, giving for scholarships, or talking with the interior design students, we are always ready to help TSU anyway we can.

My vision for CB Home - Decorating Den Interiors is  to be a household name here in Nashville, TN. I plan to do a lot of speaking engagements and meeting with potential clients outside of their home. Eventually, I would like to have CB Home Trucking as a sister company that will handle our white glove delivery service and warehousing for CB Home - Decorating Den Interiors and other interior designers in the area.

My advice to any resident would be to trust your designer. There is a reason you chose to work with a designer. We may push our clients out of their comfort zone just a bit, but until you're pushed you do never know what can happen.
