After months of watching a new home take shape at 6123 Woodmont Road, Belle Haven neighbors were invited to finally step inside and see the finished project. Character Companies and The Patterson Group hosted a Bubbles & Blooms neighborhood open house to celebrate the completion of the newly built home and welcome the community in for a first look.

Neighbors and friends toured the home while enjoying champagne, catering from Little Birdie (a new local favorite), delicious cookies from Batch by Katie, and a build-your-own bouquet bar from Helen Olivia Flowers. More than just an open house, the afternoon was a fun opportunity for neighbors to gather, catch up, and see the finished result of a project they had watched come together over the past several months.

The new six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath home spans more than 5,300 square feet across four finished levels and hit the market in September. For Character Companies, the event was also a chance to celebrate what makes building in an established neighborhood like Belle Haven so special: creating a new home that feels thoughtfully connected to the community around it.
