Aiyana Atelier

Where Aesthetics, Wellness, and Intention Meet

In a world where aesthetic treatments can often feel rushed or transactional, Aiyana Atelier offers something refreshingly different: a space where medicine, artistry, and personalized care come together with intention. Founded by board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner Ashley Carmen, Aiyana Atelier is redefining what it means to look—and feel—your best.
Carmen’s journey into aesthetics wasn’t a departure from medicine, but rather an evolution of it. With a clinical background as her foundation, she found herself increasingly drawn to the intersection of science, artistry, and confidence. That curiosity ultimately led her to create Aiyana Atelier, a practice that blends medical expertise with a deeply human approach to care.
“I saw a gap between traditional healthcare and aesthetic medicine,” Carmen explains. “Patients often felt rushed, unheard, or treated with a one-size-fits-all approach.” Aiyana Atelier was built to challenge that model—offering an experience that is elevated, personalized, and rooted in genuine connection.
From the moment clients walk through the door, that philosophy is evident. The space is designed not just for treatments, but for transformation—one that prioritizes how clients feel as much as how they look. “At the end of the day, what matters most is how people feel when they leave,” says Carmen. “Calm, confident, understood, and taken care of.”
Aiyana Atelier specializes in non-surgical aesthetic treatments, including injectables, advanced skin therapies, and regenerative treatments aimed at long-term skin health. But what truly sets the practice apart is its comprehensive approach. Rather than focusing on quick fixes or isolated services, Carmen and her team take the time to understand each patient’s goals and develop customized treatment plans that evolve over time.
That same philosophy extends into Aiyana Atelier Wellness, an integrated division offering personalized programs that may include hormone support, peptides, weight management, IV therapy, and lab-based treatment planning. The goal is to support clients holistically—bridging the gap between how they look and how they feel.
“The best outcomes come from consistency, education, and a long-term approach,” Carmen says. “We want patients to feel empowered in their decisions and supported every step of the way.”
This year marks an exciting period of growth for Aiyana Atelier. The practice has expanded its laser and facial service offerings and is continuing to build out its wellness division with more advanced, personalized programs focused on longevity and optimization. A new partnership with a nutritional coach further enhances the practice’s ability to deliver comprehensive, results-driven care.
Still, growth hasn’t come at the expense of quality. In fact, one of the biggest challenges Carmen has faced is scaling the business while staying true to its core values. “As demand increases, it can be tempting to grow quickly,” she notes. “But we’ve been very intentional about maintaining the level of care and experience that defines us.”
That intentionality has paid off. By growing sustainably, Aiyana Atelier has preserved the trust and relationships that are central to its success—something Carmen considers non-negotiable.
Beyond its services, Aiyana Atelier is deeply rooted in the local community. The practice regularly partners with nearby businesses, wellness providers, and fitness studios to host collaborative events and experiences. From educational workshops to wellness gatherings, these partnerships create opportunities for connection while supporting shared clients.
The team also participates in charitable initiatives and fundraisers, reinforcing their commitment to being more than just a business. “We’re passionate about building relationships within the community—not just as providers, but as neighbors,” Carmen says.
Looking ahead, the vision for Aiyana Atelier is clear: to continue refining a model of care that feels comprehensive, personalized, and truly aligned with each client’s needs. It’s a vision grounded not only in innovation, but in intention.
For Carmen, the mission remains simple yet powerful: to create a space where people feel seen, heard, and cared for—inside and out.
And for those considering their first visit, her advice is straightforward: “If you have the concern or question, book the appointment. Feeling good and looking good are more connected than people realize.”
At Aiyana Atelier, that connection is at the heart of everything they do.
