While the building may seem familiar, new ownership with the dog salon began on January 1, 2025. “This location has been home to a dog grooming business for over 30 years, previously operated by three other incredible owners who each contributed to its long-standing reputation,” Crystal Fox shared. As the new owner, Crystal oversees operations, but the whole team works closely together. “Every staff member plays a vital role in our success.”

Crystal is an experienced entrepreneur with a strong background in business. Her family has owned the property for many years, and she’s now leading the business with a focus on growth and expansion to meet the needs of the community. “I’ve always had a deep love and respect for animals, and when the opportunity to step into this field came along, it was something I couldn’t pass up,” she explained. What truly inspired Crystal was the chance to create a space where pets are cared for with the same compassion and attention they receive at home. “I set out to build a business that not only provides high-quality grooming and services, but also fosters trust, comfort, and joy—for both pets and their owners,” she stated and added that those are all attributes she would want in place for her own kitties, Nugget and Moon, who will soon enjoy the cat condo retreat.
