Hi! My name is Annie, and I’m 10 years old. My family has lived in our neighborhood for 6 years, and I love it so much! My favorite things are all the friendly faces, our really good schools, the beautiful trees everywhere, and going to the pool in the summer. It’s just the best place to live!

I want to tell you about my dog, Ellie. She is a 1-year-old mini Goldendoodle, and she’s a girl. We got her as a Christmas present in December 2024, and it was the BEST surprise ever!

Her name has a really special meaning. We named her after a trip our family took to New York. We loved riding the ferry to Ellis Island, and that’s where the name Ellie came from. I think it fits her perfectly!

Ellie’s favorite thing in the whole world is being outside, especially in our front yard. She could stay out there forever just running around and playing. One thing that makes her really cool is her trick: if you bounce a ball three times and then toss it, she will jump up and catch it! It’s so fun to watch.

She also LOVES her toys. She has a bunch of “babies” that she carries around, like her chicken and her baguette. She treats them like they’re real!

Some of my favorite memories with Ellie are just watching her play outside. She gets so excited and happy, and it always makes me smile. In the neighborhood, she loves hanging out near the 14th tee by our backyard, and her favorite playmate is Fletcher Stakes. She also has another friend nearby named Mochi who is really fun too!

If Ellie could choose any adventure, she would definitely pick going on a walk around the block or riding in the car with the windows down. She LOVES feeling the wind!

Ellie makes every day more fun, and I’m so happy she’s part of our family.
