As we celebrate the July issue of Stroll BackCountry, I want to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude to every resident of BackCountry for your incredible support during our inaugural year.

When we launched this magazine one year ago, our vision was simple: to create a publication that truly reflected the spirit of this extraordinary community. We wanted to tell the stories of the people, families, pets, and organizations that make BackCountry such a remarkable place to call home. Thanks to your enthusiasm, participation, and encouragement, that vision has become a reality.

Over the past twelve months, I have had the privilege of meeting so many wonderful residents and learning about the unique journeys, accomplishments, and passions that define this neighborhood. From inspiring family stories to beloved pets, favorite recipes, and meaningful philanthropic efforts, each issue has been filled with the warmth and character that make BackCountry special.

One of my favorite features each month is our cover story, Meet Your Neighbors. This article shines a spotlight on a family in the community, sharing their story and helping all of us get to know one another a little better. These features have become the heart of the magazine, reminding us that behind every front door is a story worth telling.

As we begin our second year, I would love to invite more families to participate in this special feature. If you would enjoy being photographed for the front cover and sharing your family’s story inside the magazine, I would be honored to hear from you. The process is simple, fun, and a wonderful way to connect with your neighbors.

We are also always looking for additional content from residents. Do you have a cherished pet who deserves to be featured as our Pet of the Month? A favorite family recipe that others would enjoy? A charitable cause you support or a volunteer story that could inspire others? Perhaps you know someone making a positive impact in the community who would be perfect for our Making a Difference section.

This magazine is truly your publication. The more stories, photos, and ideas that come from residents, the more meaningful and representative it becomes. My goal has always been to create a magazine that celebrates the people who make BackCountry such a close-knit and vibrant neighborhood.

As summer is in full swing, I hope you and your family are enjoying sunny days, backyard gatherings, vacations, and time with friends and neighbors. July is a wonderful time to reflect on how fortunate we are to live in such a beautiful community surrounded by caring and accomplished people.
