The Seth family is a dynamic and loving unit that cherishes their cultural heritage, strong family bonds, and adventurous spirit. Rishi and Neera, married for 16 years and together for 23, have built a life centered around their love for family, travel, and their commitment to healthcare. With both of their parents having immigrated from India to Canada at a young age, they take every opportunity to celebrate their rich culture and ensure their children, Sophia and Ishaan, understand and appreciate their roots and traditions.

After earning his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Winnipeg, Rishi pursued his medical degree at Ross University School of Medicine, graduating with High Honors. He completed his Internal Medicine residency at the University of North Dakota and has held various leadership and advisory roles throughout his career, including Hospitalist at Sanford Health, Utilization Management Physician Advisory, Chair of Hospital Ethics Committee, Executive board of Directors for Sanford Health Foundation and Faculty of University of North Dakota Medical School. and Telemedicine Hospitalist. Most recently, Rishi and Neera fulfilled a longtime dream by opening Seth Premier Medical, a concierge primary care clinic located in Carrollwood on Bearss Avenue, where they are dedicated to serving the community they have come to love.

Beyond his medical career, Rishi is a devoted family man. He prioritizes spending time with his family, actively engaging in his children’s activities, and planning exciting vacations that take them on adventures around the world. A fitness enthusiast, he finds relaxation through running and going to the gym.

Neera graduated from the University of Manitoba in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and began her career in Winnipeg. In 2010, she relocated to New York with Rishi as part of his medical clinical rotation, and the following year, they moved to Fargo, ND, for his residency. While at Sanford Health, she specialized in Interventional Radiology, eventually stepping into a management role. Her passion for education led her to pursue a Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Mary, which she completed in 2022.

Since moving to Tampa, Neera has worked alongside Rishi to establish Seth Premier Medical, where she serves as both the practice manager and a nurse. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and baking with the kids, trying out new restaurants with friends, and attending her children's numerous extracurricular activities. A firm believer in balancing work and personal life, she and Rishi prioritize regular date nights to stay connected.

Sophia is a sweet, kind, and intelligent sixth grader at Corbett Preparatory School. She has embraced every moment of her school experience, forming wonderful friendships and immersing herself in the thespian club. She loves singing and acting in school performances and enjoys swimming, softball  and golfing with her brother. Above all, Sophia treasures the time she spends with her family and friends.

Ishaan is an energetic and sports-loving boy who would play sports all day if he could. Having been on ice skates since the age of four, he is passionate about hockey and has played on a team since he was five. Since moving to Tampa, he has been part of the Tampa Bay Hockey Club travel team, where he has made incredible friends. Ishaan has also embraced acting at Corbett Prepratory School and has performed in multiple plays. Always on the move, Ishaan also enjoys soccer, swimming, and golf. His constant companion is his Labrador, Archie, and he’s always on the lookout for the best cheeseburger in town!
