Stylish, Energy Efficient, Recent Construction Home in Ardsley Park

A home less than 5 years old in Ardsley Park? Yes! This beautiful home on E 45th was built in 2023 with all kinds of upgrades and stylish surprises.

What are the favorite features of your home in Ardsley Park?

1. We absolutely love our prep kitchen. It’s a hidden gem tucked behind the kitchen that houses all the utility appliances of daily life that are seamlessly stored away while entertaining in the main kitchen.
2. Our family and friends also live, gathered around our 10ft island. It is the central point of our home that invites our kids to do homework, friends to share a glass of wine, and our family to unwind at the end of the day.
3. The grill station. No man will ever be disappointed with a built in grill and Kamodoe Joe to slow cook meat on a Saturday while the kids play in the backyard… it’s a call to slow down and enjoy the life and people around you.

Any recent renovations done to your home?
The home was built in 2023 so it is fairly new but we did make some thoughtful/intentional decisions on the construction of the build that are unique among a long list of upgrades but these are things you will not see on the outside, but we love knowing how solid and healthy this home was built. The home was built with energy efficiency and healthy air quality in mind! Zip Sheathing, Standing Seam Metal Roof, Dehumidifiers on every floor (indulging crawlspace), Rockwool Insulation (fire & mold resistant), as well as MERV 8 Air Filtration.

What are some of your favorite memories in your home or neighborhood?
This neighborhood is a gem. My son would tell you his favorite memory is walking to his first Savannah Banana Baseball Game! But as a family we collectively agree that our favorite memories are hopping on our bikes after dinner and riding through the neighborhoods. It often feels quintessential as you see kids playing soccer at Daffin Park, neighbors practicing Bag Pipes at Tideman Park, or stop to get ice cream in Habersham Village… there are so many memories to be made that all are within a bike ride!

Any other comments you would like to share?
We built this home to be our “forever home”. Each detail was intentional. Every bathroom tile, every oversized closet, every paint color. We had no intention of moving and are sad to put this home on the market, but we cannot wait to gift this beautiful space to a new family to make some incredible memories in.
