There’s no sweeter couple in Ardsley Park! When Todd and Rebecca Gruenemeier first met, they were living in different cities and worked together to find a way to blend their lives. 

“I had a very detailed dating screening process but after our first conversation, I knew that a relationship with Todd would be fun,” Rebecca laughed. 

Rebecca purchased her home in Ardsley Park in 2020 but was unable to make the move to town until she finished selling her successful home staging business. These days, she works as a professional coach, helping entrepreneurs and companies with performance and leadership. 

“Designing houses is a lot like designing people’s dreams. It takes a specific skill set to move things from dreams to reality- whether that is your home or your business,” explained Rebecca. She formed a group called Fearless Life Redesign within her TopFlock Leadership brand.” Working as an entrepreneur requires a very specific mindset. We work together to maintain a positive mindset and use brain science to find greater success.”

Todd has a long and successful career in the railroad industry as well as currently becoming a Vice-President of Rail Operations for WSP in Savannah. The couple was married last year at the Railroad Museum. 

“Todd is ten years older than me, and has grown kids. I became a stepmother and grandmother overnight!” laughed Rebecca, who was a first-time bride at 47 years old. 

Todd and Rebecca recently got into commercial and short-term vacation real estate investing together in Savannah and can’t wait to make their mark here. 

“This is something we find super fun to do;  I have always done it solo so it’s super fun to do together,” smiled Rebecca. “Todd and I are excited to collaborate and combine our strengths on this project. Todd hopes to leave a legacy for his children.”

The laughter and joy that the couple share each day is evident when you meet them. Together, they love to explore and travel, finding new adventures and experiences. We can’t wait to see where they go next!
