Max Craft Renovations

Rooted in family and fueled by innovation, Max Craft Renovations transforms Atlanta homes with heart and precision

Custom Kitchen Cabinetry

When it comes to home renovations, few names in the Atlanta area combine artistry, craftsmanship, and genuine care quite like Max Craft Renovations. Founded in 2018 by Adrian Williams—whose journey in woodworking began at just 15—Max Craft has grown into a full-service design-and-build firm that delivers both stunning results and an exceptional client experience.

Adrian’s love for building is rooted in family. Born in Georgia to a teacher mother and a watercolor artist and cabinetmaker father, Adrian spent his youth traveling the U.S. and Europe before starting a custom cabinet shop with his father and brother in Winchester, TN. Over the years, he honed his skills in high-end custom and commercial shops, became a licensed contractor, and led projects across Florida, North Carolina, Tennessee, and California. The name Max Craft carries special meaning—it honors Adrian’s first-born son, Max, whose arrival inspired Adrian to launch his own business.

“Our mission is to bring a transparent, high-quality renovation service to people, making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.”

After building a thriving company in California, Adrian relocated to Atlanta in 2022 to be closer to family and start fresh in a new market. Today, Max Craft Renovations is a local leader in high-end renovations, historic restorations, and custom millwork.

Their architectural design division, led by licensed architect Marlana Wolff, offers complete services—from architectural drawings to finishes and selections—ensuring a seamless transition from vision to reality. Their in-house custom cabinetry and millwork shop, run by 30-year veteran Craig Allbright, keeps quality high, timelines tight, and costs controlled.

Adrian’s team also includes partner and lead project manager Adrian Montero, along with Christine Edwards, their skilled permit expediter and assistant project manager. Together, they’ve assembled a crew of expert craftsmen across every trade—carefully chosen to uphold the company’s uncompromising standards.

“We go above and beyond to control as many variables as possible in a business that’s ruled by the law of chaos.”

Max Craft is more than just a renovation firm—they’re a community partner. They’ve worked on projects for Refuge Coffee and the Waldorf School of Atlanta, and have plans to launch a 2026 initiative allowing clients to contribute a small percentage of project costs toward a community fund for free local improvement projects.

Looking ahead, Adrian is excited about importing sustainable teak decking from Nicaragua and training his crew to work with large-format stone veneers and 4' x 8' porcelain tiles—unlocking new design possibilities for Atlanta homeowners.

“Choose your contractor carefully. If a bid seems too good to be true, it probably is.”

Whether it’s a dream kitchen, a historic restoration, or an innovative design challenge, Max Craft Renovations brings expertise, artistry, and heart to every project.
