Night Nite Babies
Expert Care and Support for the Fourth Trimester
For families navigating the beautiful blur of newborn life, Night Nite Babies offers something priceless. Rest, reassurance, and the confidence to embrace every moment.
Welcoming a newborn into the family is one of life’s most beautiful milestones and one of its most exhausting. Night Nite Babies steps in by offering expert concierge level newborn care so families can rest, recover, and truly enjoy the early days of their baby’s life.
Meet the Founder
Stephanie Mordica, founder of Night Nite Babies, is originally from Fort Walton Beach, Florida, and holds a degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice. Her calling began long before college. Birth work runs deep in her family. Both her grandmother and great grandmother were featured in magazines for delivering babies. Their dedication to supporting mothers and newborns inspired Stephanie to follow in their footsteps.
With more than 30 years of experience and as a proud mother of four herself, Stephanie brings both professional expertise and heartfelt empathy into every home she serves. Her personal experience as a parent allows her to support families with patience, compassion, and understanding during the tender newborn season.
Bridging the Gap Between Hospital and Home
Night Nite Babies was founded with a clear mission. The goal was to bridge the gap between hospital and home. Stephanie recognized a need for structured, expert support during the fourth trimester. This important period is when families are adjusting, healing, and learning how to care for their newborn. Today the agency has supported more than 5,000 families across Georgia. Night Nite Babies provides luxury concierge level newborn care that brings rest, routine, and confidence into the home.
Services Designed for Peace of Mind
Night Nite Babies provides a full range of specialized newborn care services, including professional overnight newborn care, daytime postpartum doula support, and gentle infant sleep training. The team also provides specialized care for multiples including twins and triplets, support for NICU graduates and babies with reflux or feeding challenges, and twenty four hour newborn care and travel support. From feeding routines to building healthy sleep foundations, the Night Nite Babies team ensures parents can truly rest, knowing their baby is in experienced and capable hands.
What Sets Night Nite Babies Apart
Unlike marketplace childcare platforms, Night Nite Babies operates as a structured professional
agency. The team includes approximately 40 carefully vetted newborn care specialists. Each specialist
is certified, insured, and trained in CPR. Families receive detailed nightly reports, consistent communication, and a highly professional standard of care. Clients receive more than a sitter. They receive a trained specialist who confidently guides newborn care so parents can focus on healing and bonding with their baby. Stephanie explains that maintaining this high standard while growing from a solo provider to a team of 40 specialists has been one of the agency’s greatest accomplishments.
Through careful hiring and continued training, Night Nite Babies has built a strong reputation that continues to grow largely through word of mouth referrals.
Deeply Rooted in the Community
Night Nite Babies works closely with area pediatricians and obstetric providers throughout the Atlanta area. The agency supports families in Buckhead, Sandy Springs, Alpharetta, and surrounding communities. By providing expert care during the newborn phase, Night Nite Babies helps parents recover, regain sleep, and return to daily life feeling confident and supported.
Looking Ahead
Stephanie’s vision for the future includes expanding educational resources for first time parents while
continuing to serve as Georgia’s premier choice for families with multiples and specialized newborn
care needs. Her goal is to continue providing exceptional care while maintaining the intimate luxury
experience that defines the Night Nite Babies brand.
Advice for New Parents
Stephanie shares the advice she often gives new parents. Prioritize your recovery and your sleep. The
fourth trimester is a short but extremely important season. Having a professional by your side does not
only help the baby. It protects the well being of the entire family. Do not be afraid to lean on experts so you can truly enjoy these early moments with your child.
At its core, Night Nite Babies treats every baby with the same love and attention they would their own. Being welcomed into a family’s home during such an important time is a privilege that the team takes very seriously.
