BIG congratulations are to Breck Barkley, the champion of the first Anchorage Public School's school-wide "Spelling Bee" Competition that took place in February.  The competition was fierce, and every participant rocked it!  Breck got to share his victory with his parents over the phone. 

A fantastic season and remarkable results APS athletes! We applaud the 7/8 girls basketball team for securing the championship title and recognize the Anchorage Red Boys for their achievement as the runner-up.

We are excited to share the results of the Regional Governor's Cup competition that took place in February. The quick recall team finished third place overall and was awarded the Hume Sportsmanship Award.

These students will be taking home a well-deserved certificate as a token of our appreciation. And, their radiant smiles will grace the school's hallways, reminding their peers of the importance of responsibility.
