August 2nd - Luau @ the clubhouse. Luau dancers, fire show, Hawaiian BBQ dinner, and a swim-up movie at the pool.
August 10th - Thrift Pop-Up Shop @ the clubhouse, 12-4 PM. Teens can sell clothes, shoes, and accessories. Residents can sell, anyone can buy.
September 7th - Labor Day Waterslide, 9 AM - 2 PM. Three inflatable slides and a foam pit!
September 13th - Game Night with GameboyGeek Dan King
September 27th - Neighborhood Garage Sale
October 25th - Halloween Scavenger Hunt-Picture Hunt. List available at the clubhouse at 6 PM. Prizes for all participants.
November 8th - Veteran’s Day - Music in the Park & Chili Cook-off, 4-8 PM. Live music and veteran-judged chili competition.
November 27th - Turkey Trot, 8 AM @ the clubhouse. A Thanksgiving morning run with donuts, coffee, and medals for participants.
November 30th - Pickleball Tournament - A full day of play!
December 6th - Makers Market, 8 AM - 12 PM @ covered parking by The Coffee Shop. Agritopia residents can sell, anyone can buy.
December 14th - Santa & Golf Cart Parade, 5-8 PM. Golf Cart Parade at 6 PM.
January 1st - Polar Bear Plunge
