We as a community are known for lighting up during the holidays. From glowing rooflines to and front porches, the neighborhood comes alive each season with creativity. Now, thanks to a new initiative from Cosmic Effects, lighting up your home may soon be easier than ever.

Cosmic Effects, a permanent exterior lighting company that has already completed several projects in Agritopia, is launching a special community raffle for residents. One lucky homeowner will receive $2,000 worth of permanent lighting installed on their home, with the winner announced in September.

Entering is simple.  Homeowners can submit a photo of the front of their home or any area where they would like to see permanent lighting installed. Permanent lighting can highlight rooflines, accent architectural features, and create beautiful outdoor ambiance year round. Best of all, no purchase is necessary to enter.

Permanent lighting systems allow homeowners to easily change colors and displays for holidays, game days, special events, or everyday curb appeal all without climbing ladders or installing seasonal lights.
