Eight years ago, Colair Beauty Lounge & Med Spa opened its doors to Gilbert with a simple but

powerful mission: to help people feel their best, inside and out. What started as a shared vision

between co-owners Dallas Sloan and Rich Ganley, has grown into a thriving staple in Gilbert

where beauty, wellness, and community come together in a way that goes far beyond skin

deep.

Sitting down with Dallas and Rich, it’s clear that their success isn’t just about pampering clients

with top-tier salon and med spa treatments—it’s about the people. “We always saw Colair as a

place that not only provided convenience by having all beauty services under one roof, but also

fostered a family-like atmosphere,” Dallas said. “Rich and I shared the same passion for people

and desire to create something meaningful, and we’ve made a really great team together ever

since.”

When Colair opened in 2017, the medical aesthetics industry was growing rapidly, and they saw an opportunity to expand beyond traditional beauty services into wellness. “These modalities tied in perfectly with our dedication to taking great care of people—both our clients and our staff,” Rich says.

That commitment to care extends well beyond their business. From the very beginning, Colair

has been deeply rooted in the Gilbert community, using their platform to give back in meaningful ways. Their support extends to incredible organizations like Winged Hope, 100 Club of Arizona, House of Refuge, Midwest Food Bank, AZCend, and the Axel Crew Foundation. In addition, they regularly collect donations for local schools and charities, contribute to breast cancer fundraisers, and sponsor numerous school and sports programs. Their dedication to giving back also led to the launch of the Recharge Room—a space designed to support the mental and physical wellness of first responders and veterans. “Being part of Gilbert means showing up for our community,” Rich says. “It’s important that we do our part and take care of the people who take care of us.”

Today, Colair is home to a team of more than 35 professionals, each committed to making

clients feel confident and cared for. They have earned several high-profile awards, including

Best Mid-Size Business of the Year from the Gilbert Chamber of Commerce and Top 10

Aesthetic Providers in Arizona- but for Rich and Dallas, the biggest reward is the relationships

they’ve built along the way. “We’re beyond grateful for the trust our clients and team have put in

us,” Dallas says. “We don’t take that lightly.”

As Colair celebrates eight years, it’s not just a milestone for their business—it’s a moment to

reflect on the relationships, memories, and community connections that have made the journey

so meaningful. “It’s been an incredible ride,” they say with a smile. “But it honestly feels like

we’re just getting started.”
