Stroll The Ridges

Delivering neighborhood connections to your mailbox every month.

Welcome! Let’s get to know our neighbors.

We know genuine connections with neighbors next door and business owners down the street make for a more meaningful experience. And we believe getting to know people in our community should be simple. That’s why Stroll meets you where you’re at – your mailbox.

We are grateful to serve this amazing community.

Every month, we share stories from and about different residents within our neighborhood.

See below for a few of our recent favorites.

Keith Flippin

Keith Flippin

We are Keith and Lisa Flippin, publishers of Stroll the Ridges, and enjoy working with residents and businesses to build community connections.

We partner with families of several high-end communities in the area, helping them create a private monthly magazine with stories they write and photos they take. This cherished magazine provides residents the opportunity to learn about their neighbors and is a trusted source for the best local businesses.

We seek to partner with reputable local business owners, helping them increase trust in their brand while introducing them to some of the most socially connected and influential local residents.

Stroll the Ridges (formally Life at the Ridges) was started in 2013, and we are approaching our 10-year anniversary. We are pleased to have served the community since 2015.

We have two grown daughters and three grandchildren. Keith was in the ministry for over 34 years, while Lisa was a stay-at-home mom. We moved back to Johnson City in 2015.
